TRAMITACIÓN DE VISADOS PARA RESIDENTES EN CHINA, INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DE LA NACIONALIDAD DEL SOLICITANTE

VISADOS DE RESIDENCIA Y ESTUDIOS

Actualmente no existe ningún tipo de restricción ni requisito de vacunación y se pueden solicitar normalmente.

VISADOS SCHENGEN DE ESTANCIA DE CORTA DURACIÓN, LIMITADOS A UN MÁXIMO DE 90 DÍAS POR SEMESTRE (negocios, visita familiar, turismo, etc.).

- PARA SOLICITANTES VACUNADOS
Actualmente no existe ningún tipo de restricción y se pueden solicitar normalmente.
Será necesario adjuntar al expediente de solicitud de visado copia del certificado de vacunación, con la pauta completa y transcurridos al menos 14 días, de alguna de las vacunas autorizadas por la EMA o la OMS (Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zeneca, Janssen, Sinopharma y Sinovac).

- PARA SOLICITANTES NO VACUNADOS
En general, serán sometidos a denegación de entrada y no se expedirán visados a viajeros que no pertenezcan a alguna de las siguientes categorías:

Residentes habituales en la Unión Europea, Estados asociados Schengen, Andorra, Mónaco, El Vaticano (Santa Sede) o San Marino que se dirijan a ese país, acreditándolo documentalmente.
Titulares de un visado de larga duración expedido por un Estado miembro o Estado asociado Schengen que se dirijan a ese país.
Profesionales de la salud, incluidos investigadores sanitarios, y profesionales del cuidado de mayores que se dirijan o regresen de ejercer su actividad laboral.
Personal de transporte, marinos y el personal aeronáutico necesario para llevar a cabo las actividades de transporte aéreo.
Personal diplomático, consular, de organizaciones internacionales, militares, de protección civil y miembros de organizaciones humanitarias, en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
Estudiantes que realicen sus estudios en los Estados miembros o Estados asociados Schengen y que dispongan del correspondiente permiso o visado y seguro médico, siempre que se dirijan al país donde cursan sus estudios, y que la entrada se produzca durante el curso académico o los 15 días previos.
Trabajadores altamente cualificados cuya labor sea necesaria y no pueda ser pospuesta o realizada a distancia, incluyendo los participantes en pruebas deportivas de alto nivel que tengan lugar en España. Estas circunstancias se deberán justificar documentalmente.
Personas que viajen por motivos familiares imperativos debidamente acreditados.
Personas que acrediten documentalmente motivos de fuerza mayor o situación de necesidad, o cuya entrada se permita por motivos humanitarios.
Residentes en los países que figuran en el anexo de la Orden INT/657/2020 y sus posteriores modificaciones (exceptuando China por el principio de reciprocidad), siempre que procedan directamente de ellos, hayan transitado exclusivamente por otros países incluidos en la lista o hayan realizado únicamente tránsitos internacionales en aeropuertos situados en países que no constan en el anexo.

NOTAS IMPORTANTES

- Todos los pasajeros con origen en cualquier aeropuerto o puerto situado fuera del territorio español deberán cumplimentar un formulario de salud pública. El proceso de cumplimentación del formulario se hará por vía electrónica, de tal manera que todas las personas que vayan a viajar a España deberán cumplimentarlo antes de iniciar su viaje a través de la dirección de internet: www.spth.gob.es, o mediante la aplicación gratuita SPAIN TRAVEL HEALTH-SpTH.

Una vez finalizado el formulario el pasajero obtendrá un código QR, que deberá presentar a su llegada a España en aeropuerto de entrada.

- Los tránsitos aeroportuarios que no impliquen cruce de frontera exterior no se ven afectados por ningún tipo de restricción.

- Los menores de 12 años no necesitan certificado de vacunación en ningún caso.

COVID-19:

In an effort to limit the global extension of COVID-19, Spain has implemented two rules affecting international mobility:

1. temporary restriction of non-essential travel to the European Union, contained in Order INT/657/2020, of July 17, in force from 24:00 hours on July 22, 2020 until 24:00 hours on July 31, 2021, without prejudice to its eventual modification, available at this link: https://www.boe.es/buscar/act.php?id=BOE-A-2020-8099.
2. Sanitary controls to be carried out at the points of entry into Spain, included in the Resolution of June 4, 2021, of the General Directorate of Public Health, in force from June 7, 2021 and until the Government declares the end of the sanitary crisis situation caused by COVID-19, available at this link: https://www.boe.es/buscar/act.php?id=BOE-A-2021-9352.

In application of these regulations, citizens residing in China who intend to travel to Spain from China should be aware that:

The temporary travel restriction, Order INT/657/2020 cited above, establishes as a general principle the denial of entry into Spain to third country nationals (excluding European Union nationals and their family members who may avail themselves of the right of free movement), listing a series of exceptions that they may enter Spain.

Of these exceptions, only exceptions a) to i) apply to residents in China: See Order INT/657/2020 linked above for more details. In cases where the exceptions listed as c), g), h) and i) are invoked, you should contact the Consulate to explain your case before commencing travel, as prior authorization by the Ministry of the Interior may be required.

IMPORTANT:

*Neither exemption j) nor exemption k) are applicable to residents of China.

*Airport transits that do not involve crossing an external border are not affected by the restriction.

Persons who are authorized to travel to Spain:

A. A. They must fill in, before departure, the so-called "Health Control Form", through the web www.spth.gob.es , or the Spain Travel Health -SpTh- application. Once completed, they will obtain a QR code that must be presented both at the time of boarding and upon arrival in Spain. There are no exceptions to this obligation. In any case, a passenger coming from China must obtain this QR code.

B. B. Concerning documentary health control, since China is not a country of risk, according to the last list published in this link https://www.mscbs.gob.es/profesionales/saludPublica/ccayes/alertasActual/nCov/spth.htm , duly authorized passengers coming from China are not obliged by the above mentioned Health Resolution to provide vaccination certificate, diagnosis certificate or recovery certificate.
